Fan Sues Yankees Over Steroids

A Yankees fan has filed a lawsuit against the team for fraud. Matthew Mitchell wants to be reimbursed $221 for tickets to five games he attended between 2002 and 2007. His suit claims he was defrauded for attending games while some Yankees players were jacked up on drugs.

The recently released Mitchell report did name 20 current and former Yankee players believed to have used steroids.

No matter what your view on steroids is, there is no question steroid use is not a badge you want to wear now days.
